UK Mainland: Free shipping
Next Working Day delivery: (Order before 12.00 and contact us for availability of this service to isolated or offshore destinations): £10 per consignment
UK Offshore destinations: £5.00 per consignment
Europe and Rest of World: Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.
If your purchase arrives damaged: We will replace it for you as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days. Please advise us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt. Our courier will collect the damaged item when he delivers the replacement. Please repack it as best you can, if possible using the original packing materials.
If you change your mind about your purchase: You can return it to us undamaged and in its original packaging and receive a full refund of the original cost. Please ensure that returns are adequately packed. Where available, use the original materials in which you received the item. We can only accept items that are still in the original manufacturer's packing because we need to be able to restock them as new. Before you remove this inner packaging, please make sure that you like the frame and that it is the size you expected.
